All goods sold are non refundable and non exchangeable. We ensure that all pieces are in 100% good quality before mailing out parcels.

Once your order is confirmed , it means that we have reserved a piece for you for 24 hours only. Please make payment within 24 hours.

In the event that you somehow ordered an out of stock item, you will be refunded with your money. This could happen in the scenario of 2 shoppers making purchase of the same item at the same time. However, this is unlikely to happen.

The first shopper to complete the ordering process gets the items ordered.
